The St Simons and Jekyll Island real estate market is heating up!  We are still in a strong sellers market in the Golden Isles and with our growth it doesn't seem this will change anytime soon.  

Our inventory is improving thankfully but still a tight market.  Prices have increased so much that those who waited to buy are now regretting it.  Remember, marry the house and date the rate.   Prices are not expected to come down anytime soon.  Interest rates are pretty stable right now. There is no better time to buy before the next big event that drives prices even higher.

My mission and focus is serving buyers and sellers in the Golden Isles including St Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and Brunswick, GA.  I also am highly experienced in the Commonwealth of Virginia market and own a farmhouse here in the mountains.  Life is good!!   My relationships are strong in Northwest Florida as well since that is very close to the Golden Isles.
